Experience within the private sector and social housing, providing project management of construction work on residential, commercial and educational properties, including design, contract administration, principle design role, site inspections, submitting planning and listed building applications to local authorities.
I have undertaken planned maintenance works, refurbishments, remodeling, defect diagnosis, asset management and provided contract administration services for a large charitable trust.
I also have experience in providing full domestic building surveys for clients purchasing properties, and condition surveys to assist clients in the management of their buildings.
