Approach:
Paul prides himself on having the ability to work well within, and leading, teams in delivery of projects; being both highly approachable and easily able to communicate effectively to all. Throughout his career he has worked without problems on behalf of a large number of different clients, consultants and contractors who all have different levels of understanding.
Future Surveyors:
Paul throughout his career has acknowledged the need to bring on the next generation of craftsman and surveyors, so has actively been mentoring and promoting the traditional craft skills: and been successful as a RICS Supervisor and Counsellor to APC candidates with a 100% pass rate.
Out of the surveying world:
Paul is a family man and enjoys spending time with his family at home in Culmstock. He is passionate about rugby; both playing and coaching the next generation of players through junior section at his local club. He keeps fit through running and has been known to do the odd ultra-marathon!
